- ➤ Officials with the Marlboro County Sheriff’s Office conducted Operation Clean Sweep in McColl on Saturday and arrested Robert Keith Locklear along with two others after a drug warrant at his Red Bluff Road home found fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, methadone tablets and a Smith–Wesson .380 firearm, and they said more arrests are likely.
