CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Two women—53-year-old Jennifer Lynn Ferry-Heimbold and 23-year-old Kelli Ann Driggers—were arrested Friday after selling meth to a confidential informant during a lengthy investigation in Florence County. Investigators searched a home on Lupine Drive and the women are now held at the Florence County Detention Center awaiting bond hearings. WBTW

- ➤ A tour by SC250 will take local travelers to two Revolutionary War sites in the Pee Dee, including Burch’s Mill and a brick chimney site where archeologists are working, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 15 starting at the Florence County Museum — those without bus seats can meet at the museum to caravan to the sites and then join a meet and greet with local officials at 5:30 p.m. The Post and Courier
