- ➤ Lake City's ArtFields project is on display at the Kennedy Center until Labor Day, where over 250,000 fabric scrolls, including local contributions (from Pee Dee), tell stories from across the nation as part of the National Scrollathon. WPDE

- ➤ Memorial Stadium, once home to high school football, now hosts events (from youth activities to adult festivals) while city and county officials plan an ordinance that may dissolve the current governing commission.
