Early votes place Isabell in third with a chance to win $25,000, star in a national campaign, lead the Hollywood Christmas parade, visit a Peppa Pig theme park, and help with her medical bills, physical therapy, and education as voting ends today at 7:00 p.m.  WMBF News

ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • A person died when a 2004 Chevrolet truck went off the road on Railroad Avenue near Willoughby Road south of Scranton on Wednesday morning around 3:50 a.m.—the driver and back seat passenger were not injured while the South Carolina Highway Patrol investigates the crash.  WMBF News

  • Charles Antwine Jr., 56, was extradited to Brunswick County on Tuesday on a murder charge after deputies found his wife’s remains in plastic containers taped shut at his Lake City home.  WBTW

  • The City of Florence lifted its precautionary boil water advisory on Wednesday for customers on Bentree Lane, Willwood Drive, Holly Circle, Lockhaven Drive, Woodland Drive, and the 2200-2400 blocks of West Palmetto Street. Tests showed safe bacteria levels—confirming the water is safe for drinking and cooking.  WPDE
