- ➤ A road rage incident on Friday near the intersection of Georgetown Road and Pocket Road in Florence County led to both drivers firing shots at each other's vehicles—49-year-old James Donald Robinson was arrested on Wednesday and charged with pointing, presenting a firearm and discharging a weapon while 21-year-old Monxavior Jatrabian Oumari Williams, who was arrested on Friday, was later released on a $20,000 bond. - ➤ Deputies arrested James Donald Robinson, 49, from Bennettsville on Wednesday for pointing and presenting a firearm at a person and discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle — and they later arrested Monxavior Jatrabian Oumari Williams, 21, from Effingham on Friday for the same charges after the two drivers exchanged gunfire during a road rage shooting on Georgetown Road leading into Pocket Road — as part of the incident.
