The Wrap

Pamplico wants off the “naughty list” at the state treasurer's office, as Mayor Bruce Bennett puts it. The Florence County town, which covers just 1.62 square miles, plans to turn in its delinquent audits before the new year, which would free up the state money it's owed. Fingers crossed.
