- ➤ The Housing Authority of Florence reopened Creekside Village Apartment Complex after renovating it instead of demolishing it following a 2022 mold outbreak that forced evacuations, and about 40 former residents plan to return soon + the complex will house up to 100 people when fully occupied after the new year.
