- ➤ Eastern Carolina Community Foundation and Harbor Freight Tools Foundation have pledged $600K to boost eight nonprofits in Dillon County and the Pee Dee region over three years. The initial $200K grant will help organizations committed to youth support, poverty relief, and violence prevention grow services. The Post and Courier
