In partnership with Beyond Beds Resource Fair, Darlington, CareSouth Carolina will provide community support, resource connection, health screenings, and CSC information for the community. Handouts will be available if needed. CareSouth Carolina handout on services, locations and contact information on CareSouth Carolina's Family Practice, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health Counseling, Lab, Radiology/Ultrasound, Chiropractic Care, Dental Care, Family Support Services, Infectious Diseases Primary Care, Senior Support Services, Foot Care and Community Pharmacy will also be available if needed.
