Alligator RoadThe Florence County Planning Commission approved a sketch plan for Alligator Gardens, a 28-lot single-family home development near Twin Church Road and Alligator Road.
The Florence County Planning Commission approved a sketch plan for Alligator Gardens, a 28-lot single-family home development near Twin Church Road and Alligator Road. Developer David Lowe said it is expected to be finished by April 2027 if approved.
